About Me
Hello! My photography journey started at age 9 when my mom bought me my very first fujifilm disposable camera. I was absolutely thrilled to explore what I can do with this new toy, so I shot everything. My pets, the sunset in my backyard, my living room set up, my grandmas cooking on the dinner table, and all my friends in grade school. The pictures were all etched with light and developed at my local CVS.
Photography and movement were my greatest tools for integrating and processing my experiences. My childhood into adolescence was filled with dancing ballet, playing volleyball, and taking pictures. Not only did those things bring me self confidence, but I also found deep connection to the people and places I shot and teamed with throughout the years. Within the power of connection, I decided to bring photography with me everywhere I go. Photography quickly became second nature therefore naturally, I was able to turn this craft into a career.
I went to school and studied Multimedia and Digital Arts. I have worked across photography, videography, creative direction, styling, and set design, bringing a sharp eye and intuitive process to every project I work on. Over the years, my photography focus has shifted, I’ve shot pet portraits, maternity/family portraits, landscapes, and streets all over the world. I have finally landed on my favorite focus, ~ Branding ~ in the art and fitness spaces. I love helping individuals and companies tell their story in a new and compelling way.
My work spans campaigns with brands like Life Time Athletic, Pure Beauty, Express, TAZO, 100 Thieves, Raveena, and Kembe X. I’ve been featured in the San Diego Mag, Los Angeles Times, Broccoli Mag, and Vogue online.
I shoot both film and digital and it will always be my passion being behind the lens. When I’m not shooting, I’m teaching Yoga, hanging out with my puppies and my partner, and immersing myself in different types of art forms. I look forward to connecting with you!
